This lets e-businesses anticipating an increase in online traffic during the holiday season have increased network services and extra capacity for their web sites for a limited time period -- and then scale back their servers after the holidays, without charge. Rackspace has a Cisco-Powered Network and offers monthly subscriptions to web developers, e-businesses and application service providers with a web hosting budget between $300 and $30,000 per month.
