Beindorff Exits Visa For Planet RX

Michael A. Beindorff has resigned as president and CEO of e-Visa, Visa's recently introduced Internet and electronic commerce division, to become executive vice president and chief operating officer at PlanetRx.com, a Memphis-based Internet company that sells health and beauty products and provides health care information online. As e-Visa president, Beindorff was responsible for all aspects of development for the credit card company's Internet business, including technology, products, operations, infrastructure, marketing, alliances and sales and merchant support. Previously, Beindorff was San Francisco-based Visa's executive vice president of marketing and product management.
