EasyAsk Hosts Webinar on Increasing Online Sales

Littleton, Mass. - June 14, 2001 - EasyAsk, a developer of precise
search technology, will host a free Webinar, "Searching for More Sales
Online," on June 19 and 21. Coldwater Creek, the women`s apparel, gift,
and home retailer, which has implemented EasyAsk, will present feedback

). EasyAsk will discuss its unique
features that have made Coldwater Creek, eVineyard, and other companies
choose the EasyAsk technology.
Earlier this week, Coldwater Creek unveiled the EasyAsk-powered product
search on its main Web site, www.ColdwaterCreek.com
. The new high precision search makes
finding products easier for online customers. For example, a shopper
can type in "pink sweater under $75," and EasyAsk will present only the
products that match those requirements. EasyAsk`s
language-understanding search technology allows customers to find
exactly what they are looking for, through a standard search interface,
without having to spend time sorting through irrelevant answers.
In a survey released last week of 69 e-commerce sites, Web consulting
firm Vividence found that 53% of those sites returned erroneous or
poorly organized search results. At its Webinar, EasyAsk will show how
e-commerce sites can prevent customer frustration when searching for
products online.
