Multi-channel apparel and accessories retailer dELiA’s Inc., which caters to youths aged 12 to 19, has appointed Gene Washington, director of football operations for the National Football League, to its board of directors.
Washington, who has served in his current NFL position since 1994, is also a former sportscaster and an assistant athletic director for Stanford University. He is also a director of the Goodrich Petroleum Corp.
DELiA’s is No. 89 in the Internet Retailer Top 500 Guide to Retail Web Sites.
