RedPrairie promotes Michael Mayoras to CEO as John Jazwiec departs
RedPrairie Corp., a provider of web-based supply chain and workforce management technology, has promoted R. Michael Mayoras to CEO. He replaces John Jazwiec, who resigned after six years as CEO of the firm, which is based in the Milwaukee suburb of Waukesha, to relocate his family to Chicago.
“Over six years, John drove the transformation of RedPrairie into a leading provider of end-to-end-supply chain software solutions,” says David R. Golob, board chairman. “We wish John the very best in his future endeavors and thank him for his many contributions to RedPrairie’s success.”
Mayoras joined RedPrairie as executive vice president of customer and delivery services and last year was named president for the Americas. He has 25 years of experience in software and consulting.
“We are excited to have Mike leading RedPrairie into its next phase of growth,” Golob says. “This is a transition supported by the stability and experience of an executive team that is known and proven in the industry.”
Mayoras will also serve on the board of directors. In addition, Martin Hiscox, president and managing director of the company’s international operations, has been named to the board of directors in the role of vice chairman.
