Inovis Reports Results for Second Quarter 2005
ATLANTA, Sept. 7 -- Inovis, a leading provider of business-to-business solutions and services, announced today its financial results for the second quarter ended June 30, 2005.
The Company reported total revenues of $41.0 million for the second quarter and $6.5 million in net income for the same period.

Additional Company accomplishments in the second quarter of 2005 included:
-- Expanded Customer Relationships -- Leading organizations continue to choose Inovis B2B applications and services to increase profits and optimize their trading community operations. In the second quarter of 2005, Inovis signed more than 1,254 contracts with companies across its target verticals, including the retail, pharmaceutical, automotive and high-tech industries. The Company also successfully migrated more than 167 million kilocharacters in traffic volume from former QRS customers to Inovis` industry-leading value-added network, inovisworks.net.
-- New Partnership -- Inovis and its UK subsidiary, Harbinger Commerce Ltd, announced a partnership with Kewill Systems Plc, a leading provider of supply chain execution software and services. Kewill will resell and support Inovis Catalogue(TM), the North American retail industry`s leading product data synchronization application with over 100 million items, for Global Data Synchronization (GDS) in the UK and across Europe.
-- Commitment to Global Standards -- Inovis announced its intention to participate in the GDSN Interoperability Certification process in the third quarter. The test certifies participating data pools as a source, recipient or both for the Global Data Synchronization Network (GDSN), a global, Internet-based initiative that enables trading partners to quickly and efficiently exchange supply chain data that is accurate, up-to-date and compliant with universally supported standards.
