IRVINE, Calif., June 25, 2001 - Vision Solutions, a leader in information availability management, today announced its new customer win, Staples, Inc. (NASDAQ: SPLS). Staples will use Vision Suite to support the back-end operations, including inventory and shipping, in its StaplesDirect.com business, the recently combined operations of the company`s catalog and Staples.com businesses. Vision Solutions` technology will help keep the back-end data for StaplesDirect.com continuously available, supporting Staples` ongoing commitment to highly efficient inventory tracking and shipping for its delivery business.
