Executives from e-Media and Jupiter Media Metrix Enhance Management Team,
Lead Technology and Strategy for Company
New York - June 26, 2001 - Cybuy, a digital marketing solutions provider,
has expanded its management team with the addition of Michael Terretta,
Chief Technology Officer, and Michael May, Vice President, Corporate
Strategy. Mr. Terretta will spearhead initiatives to develop the next
generation of Cybuy`s commerce-enabling engine with a focus on transaction
performance and interoperability, while Mr. May will lead the company`s
corporate strategy, product and business development teams.

Michael Terretta joins Cybuy from e-Media, a leading integrated hosting and
streaming services provider, where as Chief Technology Officer and Chief
Vision Officer he designed the company`s extreme performance worldwide
network, incorporating distributed Web and streaming servers managed by
proprietary software with a media-triggered commerce system and a
DoubleClick AdServer farm delivering billions of hits, millions of streams,
and hundreds of millions of ads per month for clients such as GE Capital,
House of Blues, TechTV, and the World Wrestling Federation. He also
collaborated with Microsoft`s Windows Media development team to develop its
high-concurrency pay-per-view sign-up capabilities, and has filed patents
for extreme scale integrated e-commerce/streaming appliances capable of
storing and delivering petabytes of streams to millions of users while
simultaneously managing e-commerce transactions. Terretta has served on
Microsoft`s Internet Advisory Board and has been a speaker at several
industry events.
Michael May has been at the heart of online commerce and marketing since
1996. He joins Cybuy from Jupiter Media Metrix where as a Research Director
and Senior Analyst he spearheaded all of the company`s commerce and
marketing research, including B-to-C, B-to-B and C-to-C commerce, online
payments, as well as online advertising and marketing. Prior to Jupiter,
May was with Avon Products where he was instrumental in launching the
company`s e-commerce site, and managing Avon.com`s relationship marketing
initiatives. May`s industry experience and analyst perspective place him at
an ideal vantage point for assessing the opportunities of the
commerce-enablement that Cybuy offers.
