Retailer J.C. Whitney`s new COO will oversee web, catalog and store
Robert D. Cocks has been named executive vice president and chief operating officer of multi-channel automotive parts retailer J.C Whitney & Co. He will oversee all of J.C. Whitney’s operations, including JCWhitney.com, the J.C. Whitney catalog, the call center, distribution center and outlet store in LaSalle, IL, as well as catalog production and marketing.
Cocks previously was president of Auto Body Toolmart of Los Angeles. He also served as president of cataloger Gander Mountain Inc. of Wilmot, WI, and has served with McMaster-Carr Co. of Elmhurst, IL.
