TOMMY HILFIGER EXPANDS E-COMMERCE BUSINESS TO OFFER EXPANDED PRODUCT CATEGORIES ON TOMMY.COM

New York, NY – September 15, 2005 – Tommy Hilfiger U.S.A. Inc, a wholly-owned subsidiary of Tommy Hilfiger Corporation (NYSE: TOM), announced the re-launch of www.tommy.com as a full-service e-commerce site. The Company soft-launched online direct to consumer distribution late last year with golfwear, watches and fragrance. The product offerings on the redesigned site have expanded to represent the comprehensive Tommy Hilfiger lifestyle brand, including menswear, womenswear, childrenswear, related accessories, fragrance, and home products. The assortment will continue to grow over the coming months.

“Today’s consumer is a multi-channel shopper and we are thrilled to present our customers with the new tommy.com e-commerce site,” said Bob Rosenblatt, Chief Operating Officer of Tommy Hilfiger. “We feel that providing our customers with an additional channel to purchase our products is an effective and valuable way to leverage our brand with them.”

The highly anticipated launch of the integrated Web site includes both design and structural changes. The site will utilize two leading Microsoft products, Microsoft Commerce Server and Microsoft Axapta ERP , which create a seamless experience for the consumer from a front-end and back-end processing point of view.

“We wanted to bring the world of Tommy to our consumers in a comprehensive, unique and functional manner,” said Eric Singleton, Chief Information Officer for Tommy Hilfiger. “From a technology standpoint, it is very exciting for us to launch the new tommy.com. This site marks the first major project completion of a very comprehensive IT strategy.”

As part of the online assortment, the Company also offers a unique online customization program – Tommy Hilfiger Custom Design -- which allows consumers to customize fit and style elements for select men’s and women’s chinos and denim styles. Developed in conjunction with Archetype Solutions, Inc., customers can customize everything from fit, to fabric color, to certain design elements according to his or her preferences.

Online shopping is currently available in all 50 states in the U.S.
