Max Kalehoff, formerly of BuzzMetrics, joins search marketer Clickable
Max Kalehoff, who had been vice president of marketing at Nielsen BuzzMetrics, now Nielsen Online, has taken a position as vice president of marketing at Clickable, an online search engine optimization and marketing company that focuses on small to mid-sized businesses.
Clickable offers a proprietary search engine optimization program. Kalehoff says he was attracted to Clickable in part because it has simplified the process of managing search marketing campaigns. “Simplicity is not easy, yet there’s a loud cry for it and Clickable is answering,” he says.
“Clickable leverages a powerful recommendation engine called ‘Act’ to monitor advertising performance and provide actionable alerts and analytics in near real time,” Kalehoff says. “From one simple, elegant dashboard, Clickable enables advertisers to make better decisions immediately across all major ad networks, without getting bogged down in tedious spreadsheet analysis or ‘featuritis.’"
Kalehoff was with BuzzMetrics and joined Nielsen when Nielsen acquired BuzzMetrics. Before that, he was a consultant to Hitwise and the Interactive Advertising Bureau. He previously worked with Media Metrix and was part of Media Metrix during its acquisition by Jupiter, then its re-sale to comScore Networks Inc.
