Vendio acquires majority stake in auction management vendor Andale
Vendio, a provider of sales management services for online merchants, including Sales Manager Inventory Edition, Vendio Gallery and Vendio Image Hosting, has acquired controlling interest in Andale Inc., a company that provides listing management and research services for sellers on eBay. Purchase price was not disclosed.

From economies of scale and category and geographic expansion to new services and technologies, this deal will result in a host of lucrative new opportunities for both companies and the customers they serve.”
Vendio also appointed five directors to the Andale seven-member board of directors. The board has named Ravi Garikipati as Andale’s new CEO. Ex-CEO Linda Hayes has left the company.
