SaksFifthAvenue.com cruises in September dial-up access

Web shoppers in September could access a top 50 retail site with a high broadband connection an average of 99.05% of the time, compared with an average of 97.78% for a low broadband connection and 90.42% for dial-up, says Gomez Inc.

The retailers delivering the best dial-up success rate in July included SaksFifthAvenue.com at 98.89% and Zappos.com at 97.75%.

The web merchant providing the best high broadband availability also was SaksFifthAvenue.com at 99.71%.
