Vcommerce Corp. names chief financial officer
Randy Buness has been named vice president of finance and administration and chief financial officer of Vcommerce Corp., a provider of on-demand e-commerce and fulfillment solutions. He will lead all finance and administration activities for the company.
Prior to joining Vcommerce, Buness was CFO for I.C.E. Inc., a company which provided hosted e-commerce and call-center fulfillment services for the travel and leisure industry. He previously has held CFO positions at various private and public technology companies.
“Randy is a talented and seasoned financial executive with a successful track record in developing and leading high-performance teams, and who understands our technology and industry,” said Dan Clarke, CEO. “Following our recent $13 million financing and our SAS 70 Type II Certification, he will make an excellent addition to our senior leadership teams as we continue to scale our business and move to our next stage of growth in the e-commerce arena.”
