Supermarket, Specialty, and Drug Retailers to Deploy the RETAIL.net Software
SALT LAKE CITY, July 23, 2001... Tomax Corporation is pleased to announce a
record number of Software License Agreements for its fourth quarter, which
ended June 30, 2001. New license agreements were signed with leading
retailers representing a diversity of retail segments and volumes, including
supermarkets, drug and specialty retailers. These agreements represent a
significant increase in new account licenses- the most in the company`s
history to be closed in a single quarter.
New software licenses for the RETAIL.net® software have been signed with
several customers including American Eagle Outfitters, Fruitful Yield, Sweet
Traditions (operators of Krispy Kreme in St. Louis and Chicago), Trader
Joe`s, and Value Drug. These retailers have licensed one or more components
of Tomax` comprehensive RETAIL.net solution, which includes Transaction
Management, Customer Management, Portal/Workflow, and Workforce Management.
