Seattle, WA, Aug. 1, 2001 –eCash Technologies (ETI) announced today that the company is teaming with IBM to provide a fully integrated virtual gift certificate solution for customers using IBM WebSphere* Commerce Suite. The solution will enable businesses to simply plug in the Monneta Gift Certificate cassette for IBM WebSphere Payment Manager, and immediately offer their own branded gift certificates. By utilizing virtual gift certificates, customers will be able to realize all of the business benefits that gift certificates provide in the physical world.
