Omniture names a vice president of finance

Web analytics developer Omniture Inc. has appointed Patrick Kelliher as vice president of finance. Kelliher will report directly to chief financial officer Mike Herring and will be responsible for all worldwide financial accounting policies, procedures and reporting.

Kelliher is a finance veteran who has held executive finance and accounting roles at a variety of companies, including Abbot Laboratories, 3Com, Inari and most recently Cadence Design Systems. At Cadence, he was the vice president of finance responsible for corporate accounting and external finance reporting.
