B3 CORP. NAMES SUSANNE STOVER EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR OF FINANCE
Sherman Oaks, Calif., August 2, 2001 - B3 Corp., an e-business solutions
provider, today announced the appointment of Susanne Stover as Executive
Director of Finance and Controller. Stover will be responsible for
directing financial planning and accounting functions for the company.
"Susanne`s solid background in financial management and accounting

"Her experience will play an important role in B3 achieving our

Stover brings with her more than seven years of diversified experience
in Internet, entertainment and financial industries. Before joining B3,
she was the Director of Finance and Controller at BizBuyer.com, a B2B
business-purchasing marketplace. With the company from its early
stages, she developed and led the implementation of its accounting,
budgeting and financial reporting systems and processes, as well as
managed treasury activities for more than $60 million of venture
financing.
Prior to BizBuyer, Stover was the Controller of the Licensing Division
at The Walt Disney Company, responsible for accounting, reporting and
management of the Common Marketing Fund, as well as steering the
implementation of the Oracle financial system for the division. She
also managed the strategic planning and operational finance functions
for several business lines within Licensing.
A Certified Public Accountant, Stover began her career at Ernst & Young,
LLP and served as a Supervising Senior Auditor at KPMG Peat Marwick,
LLP. She graduated cum laude with a Bachelor of Science in Finance and
Accounting from Boston College.
