Paul Fusco, former J.Crew CIO, joins CRS Retail Systems as COO
Paul Fusco, former senior vice president and CIO at multi-channel apparel retailer J. Crew Group Inc., has joined CRS Retail Systems Inc. to fill the new position of chief operating officer. He reports to CEO Kathy Frommer.
"Paul comes to CRS with a great background in retail technology and process management,” Frommer said. “He has a deep knowledge of the retail industry and a proven track record in leading top-performing teams."
CRS also announced the departure of president Ed Soladay, who left to pursue other opportunities. Frommer will now serve as both president and CEO.
Fusco will be responsible for CRS’ entire product line development and implementation. He’ll also oversee development and implementation of customer services.
Prior to J. Crew, where he served for six years as senior vice president and CIO, Fusco was vice president of enterprise applications at Metropolitan Life Insurance. He had earlier served as vice president and CIO of Bertelsmann Music Group.
