Xchange and Sane Solutions partner to analyze merged online and offline customer data for click and mortar retailers

Sane Solutions’ NetTracker to enhance Xchange’s CRM solution by integrating Web site clickstream data into customer analysis

The Xchange Analytics eCommerce module, a component of the Xchange 7 CRM solution, enables click and mortar businesses to analyze individual customer data and identify opportunities to grow the value of each customer. Industry analysts agree that Web Analytics should be tailored towards maximizing customer value and delivering ROI. Sane’s NetTracker eBusiness Edition is advanced Web analytics software that generates detailed Web site traffic analysis to reveal patterns in Web site usage and identify trends in customer behavior.
