Vital Cyber Deal

(www.vitalps.com) Vital Processing Services Inc. and (www.cybersource.com) CyberSource Corp. have announced that they are integrating Vital's VirtualNet Internet payment system with San Jose, Calif.-based CyberSource's Internet Fraud Screen. Phoenix, Ariz.-based Vital will resell the combined payment and fraud protection product to merchant acquirers, which will in turn make the product available to Internet retailers, the companies say.
