Sherman Oaks, Calif., August 27, 2001 - B3 Corp., a leading e-business
solutions provider, today announced the appointment of Celeste Wood as
Executive Director of Business Development. Wood will lead the
company`s business development initiatives including marketing
alliances, mergers and acquisitions, and strategic technology partnering
to extend B3`s range of products and services.

Before joining B3, Wood was with SimplyDone Business Solutions, where
she was Vice President of Strategic Development. Prior to SimplyDone,
she was at eMachines (formerly FreePC), where she served as General
Counsel and managed the company`s successful initial public offering and
complex corporate affairs. Before eMachines, Wood was an attorney with
Internet law firm Wilson Sonsini Goodrich & Rosati in Palo Alto, where
she was lead counsel on numerous equity financings, IPOs, M&A
transactions and represented idealab! and its affiliate companies. Wood
began her legal career at Buchalter Nemer Fields & Younger, where she
specialized in technology investments and financings.
Wood received her Masters in Business Administration and Juris Doctor
from Loyola Marymount University in Los Angeles, and her Bachelors in
Business Administration from University of Washington.
