ClairVista Launches Live Expert for Retail: The New Face of Customer Interaction

• Expert Enterprise is the platform for managing the entire Live Expert network. It maintains information and rules about the company, routes customers to the best-matched available expert, manages bandwidth utilization, manages interfaces to other systems and data sources, and generates real-time performance reports.

Live Expert’s life-size displays have unprecedented clarity with more than 2.6 million pixels of resolution. Utilizing H.264 video codec, the cutting-edge compression technology used for next-generation HD DVD and video streaming applications, the system delivers significantly greater resolution than older video codecs at the same bit-rate. The result is TV broadcast-quality video over the Internet. Live Expert also uses advanced audio codec technology that delivers better voice quality than traditional telephones.
