technology veteran Mark Jensen has joined the company as Chief Executive
Officer.

Prior to joining Vcommerce, Jensen was a general partner at Viridian
Capital Partners, an early stage venture capital firm focusing on
Infrastructure and Vertical Market Software. He was responsible for
Viridian`s Dallas, TX office. Before Viridian, Jensen was Vice President and
General Manager of eBusiness at Dell Computer Corp in Austin, TX.
Jensen was also a key member of the leadership team that grew i2
Technologies from $10 million in revenues to a $1 billion revenue run rate.
Most recently he served i2 as Executive Vice President of Solutions Delivery
where he led a team of 1100+ in global consulting, training, industry
solutions development, e-marketplace operations and knowledge methods.
Beforehand, Jensen opened i2`s Asia Pacific operations and served as President
of i2 Technologies Japan, Inc. Prior to that he created i2`s first vertical
business as Vice President, High-Tech Industry.
Jensen graduated with a master of business administration degree with
distinction from Harvard Business School and a bachelor`s degree in
engineering from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology.
