Buy.com has moved its affiliate program to the platform of ValueClick’s Commission Junction, the company says. “We were attracted to Commission Junction’s dedicated and specialized management team and network of high quality publishers,” says Neel Grover, president of Buy.com.
Commission Junction says it will partner with Buy.com in an effort to grow Buy’s publisher base by accessing Commission Junction’s 70,000-member publisher network, Buy.com will be using Commission Junction’s experience across multiple industries to add product categories to its affiliate program, according to the company. Buy.com will use Commission Junction’s product catalog functionality, which provides current data on some 2 million Buy.com products. Buy ranks No. 33 in the Internet Retailer Top 400 Guide to Retail Web Sites.
