EMAILLABS CONTINUES SUCCESS IN Q3 2005 WITH THE ADDITION OF FORTY-FIVE NEW CLIENTS
Launch of Version 4.0 and Addition of Several Clients Position EmailLabs as Leader in Email Marketing Technology

Halsey Corporation (OTCBB:JLHY), today announced a successful third quarter with the addition of several new clients and the launch of EmailLabs Version 4.0 email marketing application.
In Q3 2005, EmailLabs signed 45 new clients including Olympus America Inc., TravelCLICK, Elance, Ruder Finn, Inc. and Magazines.com. To date, more than 400 organizations have chosen EmailLabs as their email marketing technology provider.
Additionally during the quarter, the company:
• Launched Version 4.0 of its email marketing application with new features that include Web analytics and deliverability monitoring integration, a dynamic content wizard, workflow task management and a new look and interface.
• Expanded its management team by hiring Ashish Seth, previously with Bearing Point and Peoplesoft, as director of product management.
