Quaero Responds to Growing Client Needs with Key Leadership Hires in Marketing Performance Management and SpringBoard Divisions
Charlotte, NC - December 7, 2005- Quaero, a marketing and technology services company, announces the appointment of three key executives to its Marketing Performance Management and Quaero SpringBoardSM divisions. Lane Michel joins as Executive Vice President & Managing Director and Ari Buchwald as Vice President of Marketing Performance Management. Scott Hopkins joins Quaero SpringBoard as Vice President of Technology Services.
Prior to joining Quaero, Lane Michel was Managing Partner at Peppers and Rogers Group (PRG), where he was key to building both thought leadership and PRG`s consulting business and ran the Western U.S. operations. He worked for fifteen years at Hewlett Packard, holding positions as Director of Worldwide Corporate Marketing, Global Marketing Manager, and Engineering Manager. Lane brings a unique combination of pragmatic business and consulting expertise to rethinking the way marketing organizations operate to deliver stellar results. Along with his deep vertical experience in high technology, bio-technology and manufacturing industries, Lane brings a broad base of experience also across business and consumer markets. He is based in the San Francisco Bay area.
Ari Buchwald works across Quaero functional lines of businesses, delivering both marketing measurement solutions and project management for technical marketing implementations. Ari brings over fifteen years of diverse marketing and database systems expertise across automotive, pharmaceutical, retail, publishing and non-profit industries. Prior to joining Quaero, Ari held Product Marketing and Development & Account Management roles for Alliance Data Systems` Database Marketing Group. Ari is based in Columbus, OH.
As the Vice President of Technology Services for Quaero`s Springboard, Scott Hopkins is responsible for Quaero`s IT organization. Mr. Hopkins has over 20 years of global IT management experience.. Before joining Quaero, Scott was the Vice President of Technical Services for Harte Hanks where he managed a large 7 X 24 Hosting/Service Bureau business supporting over 70 clients. Scott is based in Boston, where Quaero SpringBoard`s central offices are located.
