Wine Merchants Blend New Offering

www.Wine.com and www.WineShopper.com today announced they would merge under the name Wine.com in a deal for which terms werenât disclosed. The newly-merged online company, which is expected to launch next year, retains William Newlands, president of Wine.com, as CEO; and Peter Sisson, founder and CEO of WineShopper.com, as vice chairman and chief strategy officer.
