Formats Aplenty For New E-Book Release
With the release next week of "U.S. v. Microsoft: The Inside Story of the Landmark Case," The McGraw-Hill Cos. will be the first publisher to make an e-book available across the widest selection of formats and venues now available, it says, including its own new eBookstore.
"U.S. v. Microsoft" by Joel Brinkley and Steve Lohr is the first book to appear on this landmark case, adds the New York City-based firm, which is publishing the book in print and its e-book versions simultaneously on August 21. The e-book will be available from NetLibrary, PeanutPress, Rocketebooks, Softbook, iBooks.com, Glassbook and McGraw-Hill.
Shortly after the launch, the e-book will also be available in the Microsoft Reader format from additional venues such as Contentville.
