Activox to offer interaction management software by Interactive
Intelligence; agreement confirms Activox`s technological lead in the
mid-sized contact center market
INDIANAPOLIS & PARIS (April 6, 2001) - Interactive Intelligence Inc.
(NASDAQ: ININ) signed a reseller agreement with Activox, which allows
Activox to market, sell and support Interactive Intelligence`s Customer
Interaction Center(tm) (CIC) throughout France.
Under the terms of the agreement, Activox will provide a trained and
certified team responsible for the installation, integration and support of
CIC. Activox has also built a Competence Center at its headquarters in Paris
with a complete CIC demonstration system already operational.

CIC is a Windows 2000-based solution that includes multiple functions
running on a unified, open architecture. Call center agents using CIC have
numerous applications at their disposal, including unified messaging,
automatic call distribution, call monitoring and forwarding, fax-on-demand,
e-mail and web auto response, Internet text chat and web callback. All of
these functions are available via a single, user-friendly graphical PC
interface.
