(NYSE:GPS) to provide a comprehensive suite of application solutions that will enhance the company`s global supply chain capabilities.

(NASDAQ:RETK), the leading provider of solutions that help the retail industry create, manage and fulfill consumer demand, today announced it has been selected by Gap Inc. (NYSE:GPS) to provide a comprehensive suite of application solutions that will enhance the company`s global supply chain capabilities.

The initial focus will be on core logistics, supply chain, and merchandising solutions that support the company`s Gap, Banana Republic and Old Navy store base and global sourcing and distribution operations. Gap Inc. and Retek intend to partner over a multiyear period to develop next-generation supply chain solutions, building on and enhancing Retek`s already robust supply chain capabilities. The solutions will help Gap Inc. strengthen its operating efficiencies and continuously improve customer service.
