Digital River’s Q2 revenue grows 47% vs. year ago
Q2 revenue at Digital River Inc., provider of e-commerce outsourcing services, increased 47% to $51.1 million from $34.9 million in the second quarter of 2004, the company reports. Q2 net income was $10.2 million, an increase of 37% compared to net income of $6.8 million in the second quarter of 2004.
For the first half, the company reported revenue of $105.7 million, up 58% increase from revenue of $66.7 million in the first half of the prior year. First half net income was $24.3 million compared to net income of $14.4 million for the same period of 2004.
The company expects full-year revenue to reach $216 million; up from previous expectations of $209 million.
Digital River builds and manages online businesses for more than 40,000 software publishers, manufacturers, distributors and online retailers.
