Consultants Molecular names 10-year veteran Howard Kogan its new president


Internet consulting firm Molecular Inc., has named Howard Kogan president. Kogan, who has been with Molecular for 10 years, will manage all day-to-day operations while developing strategy and direction. Ralph Folz, who continues as CEO, will devote his attention to building Molecular’s presence in New York and San Francisco and working on integration and strategic initiatives within parent Isobar, a digital marketing company.

Molecular also announced four promotions within its Watertown, MA, office: Patrick Heath moves from vice president, engineering to managing director, Boston; Cameron Logan moves from principal consultant, engineering to director of engineering; Alec Francesconi expands his role as director of strategy to focus on managing the growth of Molecular’s Strategy practice; and Don Bell is promoted from director to vice president, project management.

Isobar also owns Carat Fusion, iProspect, Freestyle Interactive and Ammo.
