Fathom Online names two new business development executives


Search engine marketing company Fathom Online is growing and has named Ted Yntema national director of business development and Jim Macove as director of strategic services.

Both will focus on expanding Fathom’s search marketing and advertising services; digital and traditional media management and buying; and Fathom Analytics, a marketing analytics platform that aggregates data from multiple transaction channels to optimize the performance of online and offline campaigns.

Before joining Fathom Online, Yntema was director of sales at iCrossing, where he worked with Fortune 500 companies selling search marketing solutions. Earlier in his career, Yntema worked in the automotive, telecom and human resources sectors. He worked with such brands as Lexus, Farmers Insurance, DaimlerChrysler, and Vail Resorts.

Macove joins Fathom Online from Macove & Co. Product Consulting, a product development and marketing consultancy. Before that, he worked for EMAP USA Magazine Publishing, as vice president, business development in the Digital Publishing Group. He also has worked for Time Warner, where he held management positions in the news and magazine publishing groups.
