Ashburn, Va.-based ReturnBuy, a service firm for online and offline retailers that processes returns for retailers and posts the items on the Internet for resale, has received Series A funding from Draper Atlantic and individual investors including Frank Bonsal, founder of NEA, Peter Crisp, founder of Venrock Associates and Tim Draper of Draper Fisher Jurvetson.

     The company was formerly known as IvyVentures.com.
