Kmart uses web to streamline supply chain processes

Kmart Corp. will use the web-based syncLink data integration service from viaLink Co. to provide for improved supply chain visibility with its trading partners, viaLink said.

The syncLink service is designed to cut supply chain costs by enabling Kmart and its suppliers to improve the accuracy of shared data in documents such as purchase orders and invoices, and eliminate redundant data entry.
