LeatherTree.com names a new CFO
Leather Tree Inc, an online retailer of personalized leather bags and accessories, has a new chief financial officer.
The company recently named Paul Berger as its new CFO. Berger, who has more than 30 years’ experience and was formerly with Werner Printing & Engraving Co., started his new duties in July. In his new position, he will be in charge of all financial reporting and accounting operations.
He reports to president Jacqueline Berger. Leather Tree, which operates LeatherTree.com, carries more than 500 products in its online inventory and had 2004 web sales of $3.9 million, up 116.7% from e-commerce sales of $1.8 million in 2003.
