CrossMedia Services Names Mary VanKoevering as Chief Financial Officer
CHICAGO, Nov. 3 -- CrossMedia Services, Inc., a leading
provider of web-based marketing solutions for national and local retailers,
today announced the appointment of Mary VanKoevering as Vice President and
Chief Financial Officer. At CrossMedia Services, her responsibilities will be
focused on the growth of ShopLocal.com, its newly launched web-to-store
shopping channel, and building the company`s base business of providing online
promotional programs for local brick-and-mortar retailers.

VanKoevering joins CrossMedia Services from Apartments.com, where she most
recently was Vice President and Chief Financial Officer and previously was
Director of Finance for Technology and Production. Her experience includes
nine years at Kraft Foods, where she held various positions across multiple
functional areas. She also worked at Nucorp, Inc., Telco Capital and Ernst &
Young.

VanKoevering is a Certified Public Accountant and holds a B.S. from
Michigan State University, as well as an M.B.A. from Michigan State in its
Program for Professional Accountancy.
