Online payments provider I4 Commerce has added some retail heft to its board of directors with the addition of Mark Britto, former senior vice president at Amazon.com Inc., Robert DiRomualdo, former chairman of Borders Group Inc., and Victor Lund, former vice chairman of Albertson`s Inc.
"Mark, Bob and Vic are retail industry visionaries that have helped establish and grow some of the premier retail and technology brands in America today," says Gary Marino, CEO of I4 Commerce, which offers the Bill Me Later payment option to retailers.
