ICC NAMES NEW CHIEF FINANCIAL OFFICER
NEW YORK NY, November 1, 2004 - Internet Commerce Corporation (ICC) (NasdaqSC: ICCA), a leader in the use of the Internet for business-to-business e-commerce solutions, today announced that it has appointed Glen Shipley as the company’s new Chief Financial Officer.

Mr. Shipley has over 25 years of experience in corporate financial management. Mr. Shipley has raised more than $300 million in capital, and has negotiated and closed mergers and acquisitions with a market value of over $325 million in domestic and international settings. Most recently, he has been the CFO and Secretary of Melita International, Inc, a telephony software developer and systems integrator. Previously, he was the CFO and Secretary at Vanishing Point, Inc. Mr. Shipley is a CPA and holds a BA and MBA from UCLA, and a JD from Seattle University.
