Gordon Brothers appoints president of Wholesale division
Gordon Brothers LLC has named Lawrence Siff president of Gordon Brothers Wholesale, which buys and sells excess consumer goods both offline and online. Before joining Gordon Brothers, Siff was co-founder, president and CEO of Baby Stripes Inc., an Internet retailer of products for children and infants.
Gordon Brothers also has named Gary Kulp president of Gordon Brothers Retail Partners, which manages store closings, inventory liquidation and other asset disposition activities. Kulp was with Saks Fifth Avenue for 13 years where as vice president he created and developed the Clearinghouse Division, which later evolved into the Off-5th Division.
Gordon Brothers is a retail finance and asset management firm which assists retailers in liquidating underperforming inventory, real estate and other assets. It also assists in mergers and acquisitions; appraises inventories and secures equity and debt capital.
