RichFX, Inc. Announces myRichFX, the Self-Service Platform for Digital Merchandising

NEW YORK, Nov. 22 -- RichFX announced today the release of myRichFX(TM), its new self-service ASP platform, to the members of RichFX`s beta test program, First Look. Commercial availability is scheduled for February 2005.

myRichFX is the place where users will manage and enhance their digital merchandising assets, including images, catalogs and circulars, Flash movies, audio and video. RichFX will integrate all its existing and future products in myRichFX, including Rich Zoom(TM), Rich Color Change(TM), Rich Catalog(TM), Rich Rotate(TM), and Rich Design(TM). And this power will be available anywhere the Internet is, without the hassles of software ownership.

"What makes myRichFX so unique is the level of simplicity and control it gives RichFX customers over the process and the budget" said Johann Butting, RichFX`s Chief Executive Officer. "Take for instance Rich Catalog. Users will be able to upload and check their files, define product areas, enter links, select customized catalog interfaces, all with ease and without any RichFX intervention."

myRichFX will enable users to self-manage their merchandising digital assets and offer new ways to leverage them across all RichFX products. For example, a window treatment retailer might upload the photograph of a brass finial into myRichFX and use Rich Color Change to create bronze and chrome versions. Then, create Rich Zooms of all these finials to showcase their workmanship. Finally, use Rich Design to let shoppers design and visualize a complete custom window treatment with their selected finials.

This integrated platform will also increase the visibility of internal RichFX processes, and allow customers to more finely track the status of automated jobs. For instance, myRichFX will report up-to-the-minute progress of the automated creation of 20,000 zooms, or the processing of a 120-page catalog. Butting adds "Our customers will have not only a terrific application to fulfill all their digital merchandising needs, but also a control panel to oversee the entire process."
