Check that Papa John’s Pizza box for a free GameFly membership

Online video game rental service GameFly and Papa John’s Pizza have teamed up to deliver pizza buyers a free GameFly trial membership and $10 gift card. Papa John’s customers can find promotion details on pizza boxes and the campaign also will extend to the pizza-maker’s web site.

The special offer appears on about 24 million pizza box tops and directs customers to a unique GameFly web page. There they will find details on the membership as well as how to redeem the $10 Papa John’s gift card for online orders.

Papa John’s will integrate the promotional offer on their home page and in e-mails to the Papa John’s database. GameFly, No. 255 in the Internet Retailer Top 500 Guide, is featuring a special pizza coupon for its subscribers on envelopes in which games are shipped directly to customers.

GameFly stocks more than 4,000 video game titles, with membership plans starting at $14.95 a month.
