New York, NY – December 9, 2004 – DoubleClick Inc. (NASDAQ: DCLK), a leading provider of solutions for advertising agencies, web publishers and marketers, today announced a new version of its media planning solution, MediaVisorSM, which streamlines the media planning, buying and trafficking process. The enhancements, which will improve functionality, provide increased workflow customization and expand integration with additional industry billing systems for DoubleClick clients, are the latest in a series of enhancements to the DART suite that are being made this year.

"Our media planners have tested the new version of MediaVisor and found it to be more configurable and flexible than ever before," said Grace Liau, Associate Media Director, Digitas. "This upgrade provides us with even greater efficiency in our media planning process."

The enhanced MediaVisor solution will benefit agency clients with overall improved navigation as well as:
• Ability to import/export media plans to and from Excel at the campaign and site levels with new CSV file support
• Customizable email templates for system generated emails, such as Requests for Proposals (RFPs) and Insertion Orders (IOs),
• Ability to alter the format of IOs, Media Authorization Forms, etc; manage their IOs in bulk

In addition, the company is extensively enhancing MediaVisor’s billing capability. Already the only media planning tool coordinated with Donovan Data Systems, the world-renowned agency billing application used throughout the advertising industry to manage the buying and selling of media advertising, MediaVisor now also supports billing integration for AdWare Systems users. AdWare Systems is an application services provider for the global offline marketing communications industry.

“DoubleClick has made a record number of improvements over the past few months across our ad management solutions to meet our clients’ high standards,” said Doug Knopper, Senior Vice President, Ad Management, DoubleClick. “All the DART enhancements, including the MediaVisor upgrade, were designed to give our clients more flexibility, customization and efficiency when managing their campaigns. We’re pleased with the feedback so far among the top agencies which have tested the new MediaVisor version.”

MediaVisor is part of DoubleClick’s ad management suite which also includes DART® for Advertisers (DFA), DART® for Publishers (DFP), DART® Enterprise, DART MotifSM and Site Directory.
