The establishments range from the casual cuisines of the original restaurant, R.J. Grunts, to the four star, fine dining excellence of Tru, Ambria or Everest. Lettuce Entertain You plans to use ExactTarget solutions as one-to-one marketing tools for select restaurants and corporate programs.
• The Franklin Mint, Franklin Center, Pa., sells die-cast automobiles and airplanes, precision modeling, and its Harley-Davidson-branded items via wholesale and the Internet. In addition, the company offers hand-painted collectibles including commemorative dolls, as well as jewelry and seasonal giftware. The Franklin Mint uses ExactTarget to send highly targeted product offers and information to its opt-in customers. Segments are created based upon recency and frequency of purchase and items purchased.
• Glovia International, El Segundo, Calif., is the leader in extended ERP solutions for manufacturers with global operations. Glovia International will use ExactTarget to better support their sales reps in the U.S. and throughout Europe.
