IAC/InterActiveCorp has signed a multi-year contract with Dallas-based electronic payment processor Paymentech to process online payments for several IAC/InterActive properties.
Paymentech was already processing payments for IAC’s Hotels.com and Match.com and will now process for electronic retailer HSN, travel site Expedia.com and Ticketmaster, as well as other IAC properties.
"Their technology, customer service and reporting capabilities were the key factors in the decision to go with Paymentech," said Darryl Mikuni, treasurer for Ticketmaster. "Paymentech's existing relationships with Hotels.com and Match.com were also a part of our final decision."
IAC/InterActiveCorp consists of IAC Travel, which includes Expedia, Inc., Hotels.com, Hotwire, Interval International, and TV Travel Shop; HSN; Ticketmaster, which oversees ReserveAmerica; Match.com; LendingTree; Precision Response Corp.; IAC Local and Media Services, which includes Citysearch, Evite, Entertainment Publications Inc. and TripAdvisor Inc.; and IAC Interactive Development which includes ZeroDegrees.
