Ritz Interactive Inc. has acquired InsideSportfishing.com, the web site of the weekly "Inside Sportfishing" TV series on Fox Sports and the Sportsman Channel. Ritz also operates RitzCamera.com, BoatersWorld.com, OuterBanksOutfitters.com, ShopAtShark.com and other online shopping destinations.
Ritz has added e-commerce to the site, powered by BoatersWorld.com. The online store will feature more than 30,000 fishing items. Customers who spend more than $100 will get free shipping.
Ritz Interactive, No. 61 on Internet Retailer's Top 300 Guide to online retail sites, is also beefing up the site's existing Pro Staff Advisor, Travel, Fishing Report and Bulletin Board sections; and is adding an archive of fishing and boating articles, a free photo gallery for posting and viewing fishing-related images, and other features and resources for anglers. The site will also feature episodes of the TV show via streaming video.
