FTD.COM Strengthens Marketing Relationship with The Allant Group

Over the past three years, Allant has worked with FTD.COM on various marketing projects, including mail processing, campaign evaluation and customer analysis and modeling.
The new agreement between both companies focuses the relationship on addressing three important objectives: the optimization of customer communication, improvement of the overall customer experience and the retention of customers.
