Talisma Appoints Dan Vetras as Chief Executive Officer

Seattle -- Nov 18, 2002 -- Talisma Corporation, a leader in the Customer Service and Support industry, announced today that Dan Vetras has been appointed President and CEO, succeeding founder and current CEO Pradeep Singh, who remains as Chairman of the Board. Vetras is a 21-year veteran of the technology industry whose background includes senior management positions in technology, sales management and business development.

Prior to joining Talisma, Vetras was President and CEO at Captura Software. At Captura he was responsible for the Total Expense Management software company’s overall strategic direction and operation and led the executive team, consisting of product development, professional services, sales, marketing, finance, operations, and international business.
