BondRewards names a new president
Charles Berman has been named president and COO of Los Gatos, CA-based BondRewards, the company announced today. BondRewards is a loyalty shopping site where consumers earn U.S. Patriot (Savings) Bonds for purchases at 150 retail web sites.
Berman had been COO of loyalty company MyPoints.com Inc. MyPoints.com had the most successful IPO of 1999, worth $2 billion. As COO, he was responsible for the company’s domestic operations and led the company in a profit-focused restructuring ahead of its acquisition by United Airlines.
"Chaz has a proven track record of performance and has consistently delivered results in challenging situations. As a hard driving professional with strong leadership in marketing, operations and revenue, he adds tremendous firepower and credibility to BondRewards,” said Brian Anderson, BondRewards’ CEO.
“I look forward to helping propel BondRewards into its next phase,” Berman said.
